    Creative Lab CTHELPER.exe causing slow shut down in P5ND2-SLI mobo

    Thanks for the link. I have researched quite a bit on this executable and do realize its functionality. It provides synchronization between the XP's volume control setting to Creative Lab's volume control setting. Without the file, they won't be synchronized.
