Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The same things happens to me (u2711 on displayport). Would really like to use DP with its thin cables and small connectors, so I hope AMD addresses this issue.
Did not work :( And it wouldn't solve my problem as I want to use the APU too for folding/bitcoin mining. I will contact ASUS too see if three of four graphics cards (including the APU) are supported on this board.
I have the F1A75-M LE with an A6-3500 APU. I wanted to have two additional graphics cards (just for their computing power), but am having a hard time getting cards to work in the second PCIe 16x slot (4x speed). It just wont show up in the OS. The slot works fine with a 4X NIC, so I know it...
Thanks Raja! Your support is much of the reason I went with Asus CVF.
Just want to report that the board is rock solid with the Mushkin 996997 kit @ 1766. Never had any troubles with it after setting CAS 9 as per manufacturer spec.
I'm having the same chipse (Asus C5V) and having issues with the Agility 3. Doing BIOS, FW upgrades now trying to fix it. Can't even get windows to install on this new build.
I too, with stock 0404 BIOS experienced USB shutdown issues in BIOS. MX518 through Apple aluminium keyboard. Switched to the R.A.T. 7 directly connected to the motherboard (as it is the mouse I am going to use, the 518 is just for setup) i have not had any trouble.
Trying to get win7 to install...
Great subtitles. Youtube is not the entire internet, thankfully Vimeo still has several of variations up. This is is especially good, bookmarked it for use this fall (Swedish Elections > vote Pirate Party).
I read this as:
1. Microsoft saying this isn't a big a big problem, and hard to exploit
2 .Security company showing off how easy it is
3. Microsoft understands every metasploit kid can to this and changes it to a Critical update
I think it is newsworthy.
I used this for my storage server, with same type of hdd cages as you. What system do you run? Mine has Ubuntu Feisty Server + EVMS (then I use SSH or Samba for access from my devices)
Then the Ubuntu devs have to stop screwing up. Edgy had the Flash package thingie, wrong package havoc. Feisty is hell for users with 8800 GTS/GTX cards (no video after kernel boots (fixed by sending vga=0x31B to kernel via bootloader) and the nvidia-glx-new package is missing one module making...
1. It's NOT stereo, its Dolby Prologic, and it does work great in my home theater.
2. Wii points for games are NOT priced according their original system. The prices you list is the base price, some are higher some are cheaper. It all depends on how greedy those who owns the rights are...
We'll, the god thing is that AMD is still in the game. The bad thing, they are lagging more and more behind. That power usage and performance is not good at all, Intel is better in almost all the benchmarks. But, as an AMD fan, I still believe AMD's design and architecture is better.
But...
