This thing is a lot smaller than I expected. I haven't had a lot of time to play around with it yet since I'm going through and re-tagging all my MP3s first, but it feels very sturdy. I'll probably just carry it in my backpack like I did with my CD players.
For $90 AR? I don't know, you could sell your old video card for $40 and you'd upgrade your video card for what it costs to buy a new game.

It'd really depend on the specs of your current HDs, annaconda. My puny 36 GB Raptors blew the doors off of my previous 7200 RPM RAID0 hard drives. Write speeds and disk access times were noticeably faster and there was a tangeable difference in load times, especially when moving large files...
