    Depends on what new games come out next year. If its a quiet year, expect it to do well. Most new games will probably use the hl2 or D3 engine anyhow so try basing it upon those for now. Dont hold your breath for more than a year though!

    thats in dual channel mode. because your total memory bandwidth should be a little less than 3200 x 2. it'd only be in single channel if it were less than 3200mb/s

    Dell don't care about their home customers. Its businesses they make their cash from. They'll only sell AMD CPUs to big companies who demand Opteron processors. Dell will never sell AMDs in desktop PCs coz *ntel would stop giving them huge discounts period. :(

    Red Dot???

    There is sometimes a quick fox for this, but it doesnt always work and it might kill more pixels around it .... get a damp cloth and press it firmly against the red dot. It may fix the problem or it may make pixels around it worse. Then you'd have good reason to send it back ;)
