Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I probably will head over to one of the local PSB retailers and try to give everything a listen. Thanks.
Quick question, what's everyone's opinion of the PSB Image B4s. It's the cheapest model in their line above the alphas. I'm a little hesitant because while it has a larger (and I imagine...
Alright so apparently it's coming down to Behringer B2031P vs. PSB Alpha B1. The B2031's are bigger, but not much so size shouldn't be an issue. I also like that they're cheaper, but if I tried B-stock on the Alphas they would be cheaper still.
The main fault with the B2031Ps is the lowend...
This is just single speaker though, correct? It's going to be a tad out of my price range to grab two of them :p
I'm probably going to go with the alphas and probably the B-stock. Hey, it's $60 cheaper, why not?
Thanks for all your help, guys.
I'm looking at the Alpha B1's and they seem to come highly recommended for the price. Is it worth shelling out the extra cash for the new pair? What can I expect with the B-Stock; is it just opened/returned?
Any other recommendations or opinions?
First off, I can probably stretch as high as $300 if needed.
I'm putting together a little 2.1 system. I already picked up a Bic F12 subwoofer and I plan on using this old Sony Stereo Receiver that I currently have hooked up. I figure I can upgrade the receiver/amp down the road if I want...
I have a 22'' 16:10 1680x1050 LCD. I've been trying to find a decent 24" 16:10 panel, preferably TN as I game, for a decent price. Is this possible, or am I just going to have to suck it up and go 16:9?
I think the main problem here was that I deleted both the 'favorites' and the 'links' folder. Apparently favorites is just for IE(?) and the links was the folder that was actually required to get 'favorites' working in win explorer. Had I known this it would have been easier to fix, but a system...
So I accidentally deleted my "Favorites" folder in windows 7. Its the one in your user folder. Well this broke the favorites functionality in windows explorer, I can't add any locations to my favorites or do anything. How do I go about restoring this folder?
I don't understand. Why do you want to back back to an inferior aspect ratio, a smaller screen size and a lower resolution. How are you bored of widescreen?
Put an order in for a LP2465 refurb at newegg for $222 shipped. Good idea? HP says their warranty on refurbs is the same as for new products, so I figure if I have problems, I should still be fine to get it replaced until I get a unit to my liking. It's not the same model, but I'm just looking...
Thanks for the input, didn't know if what I wanted was possible, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I'll probably just bump up the spindown time to an hour or so.
Alright I'm getting sick of having to wait for my secondary HDD to boot back up when it's been too long since I've accessed files from it. I basically have all my media/documents on my secondary and Win7/programs on my primary. I know there's the option in power management to set the amount of...
So what's the best option for a 24" 1920 x 1200? I know the entry level LCDs are all being converted to 16:9, but I'm looking for a decent 16:10 24" for ~$300. Does this exist anymore?
Alright, I'm in the market for a new monitor. I currently have a 22" 1680 x 1050 Acer and I'm looking to step up.
Here's what I'm looking for:
24" - I can go a little bigger, but I don't really need it or have the space.
16:10 - This is the kicker, I want 1920 x 1200. But this is proving to...
