    My 8KDA3J does the exact same thing. I think either the windows programs are reading it a bit high or the motherobard overvolts a little bit. My temps aren't as high as yours though, maybe you have the heatsink not seated fully, or that 3700 is just a real beast. My Newcastle 2800+ at 2.2GHz...
