    Update 3! New shroud assembly arrived today. I removed the old shroud assembly, cleaned and prepped both sides, applied new thermal paste, then sat and secured the new fan shroud. Unfortunately, the card hit 90C before I shut things down. Onto the next step.

    Update, I received my first response, a suggestion to try cleaning the GPU with compressed air. Though sadly the problem still persists after, onto round 2 of support.
