Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
If they gave any indication on how users are selected, it would be instantly exploited and we still wouldn't get the cards. It has to be a void otherwise people suck and it'll just be bots and resellers (like the market isn't already dealing with enough of this:rolleyes:).
So long as you don't start trying to convince people expensive and custom cables improve your listening experience, do whatever makes you happy. Metal is metal and no you can't tell the difference.
I've got a few different sets of JBL BT earbuds and same with their BT speakers, and I'm a fan. They are rather bass heavy as you mentioned but their products have lasted for me for years with heavy use and abuse.
I was just at the Best Buy near me and they had one in the store! Couldn't believe my eyes. $2799
They even had a 5080 for $999. Crazy times we live in where cards are actually in stock at brick and mortar locations. :ROFLMAO:
I don't think we ever left the 14nm fiasco, it's bananas that they keep flubbing like this time and time again without learning anything from it. Yes I know fab work is [h]ard af, but jfc get your shit together Intel, it's embarrassing.
I've always wondered why people try to leak stuff. I know it's for the fame and money, it always is, but the risk of never being able to work in that field ever again if caught, or at the very least trusted with nothing more than a basic data entry or IT job blows my mind. Career killer for sure.
This is a huge moment for us as gamers, data crunchers, and consumers. If people actually voted with their wallets instead of instantly purchasing the next new thing because new thing betterer, I guarantee that within a quarter GPU prices would drop SIGNIFICANTLY. But people won't do it. They...
Yep totally did, not sure how I did that. lol
This entire thread is based off of "fanboi or tech site clickbait". The initial video linked in the initial post is a youtuber going over leaks, with no statements from AMD about any card current or future being a 6090 killer.
I want AMD to do...
Humans like bigger and better numbers, always have, always will. Best of the best n all that crap. Most people just want the best thing they can afford and don't care if an article took weeks or even months to put together. I can see how that mindset works, but also there's certainly been times...
This happened to me yeeeaaaars ago with games I played daily, and it actually got me to just use Steam to launch everything. Annoying as it was an extra click, but I knew so many people that had this issue, there's no way they didn't know about it...
This makes me think that the next series of GPUs will be in much shorter supply than the past two generations, citing not as much demand over the previous generation while prices still increase blaming it on *motions at everything going on in the world* all this.
But it could just be enticing...
At this point I don't really want them to release a HL3. It will never live up to the hype from the past two decades, and it will just become a pinata for reviewers and fans alike. Now if they want to expand on HL Alyx, I'm totally down for that.
Here is a perfect example of what I'm talking about. It's a statistics site for graphics cards that crunch datasets for Folding@Home. The first AMD card on the list is the RX7900 series. A $700 card that gets outdone by an nVidia 4070 max-q, a mobile laptop card thats a generation old and is a...
As I said in my initial post, pick a hardware news outlet and a generation of cards, and they all have the "will this so-n-so card finally outdo team green?". We all fall for the hype. It's just marketing and you fall for it.
Every generation of nVidia products, if you even tried to search on...
