Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I hadn't tried that yet,but I did completely uninstall the game, run a reg cleaner, reboot system and it did nothing unfortunately, but I did find a solution that I'll reveal after I answer each post. If you people can time the time to write it out, they should be answered. BTW, I didn't...
Well, tried it....was playing great for a whole game. Thought I'd reboot and try it again and nope. It's not unplayable, it's just.....well screwed up. Thought it was DXR, the Ray Tracing.....nope. It's just screwed up. I do remember when it was playing smooth for a time though. Even if I...
I put 441.66 back on. Yes, I always use DDU before I install a new driver. I uninstalled then reinstalled BFV again and it seems better in campaign mode. I'm gonna try MP now and see if it's smoother there too. It's still not perfect, but does BFV run completely smooth on MP with or without...
Yeah I've done that a few times actually. I tried 441.41 and while it helped BFV it made everything darker. It's hard to explain. I plugged my old monitor in and it was darker on it too, so it was the driver.
Yeah, I've looked. There a ton of suggestions, but all the ones which involve many people don't affect me. That is, stuff like memory leaks or CPU usage being too high. Since it appears to only affect BFV and BF1, it's a bug. The problem is I haven't played BFV in a while and it might have...
So after getting a new display for Christmas, an LG 27GL650F-B (an IPS 144 Hz VRR G-sync compatible certified monitor) and upgrading my Nvidia driver from 441.20 to 441.66. Both Battlefield V and BF1 is choppy. It's not the display because my Dell SE2717hr 75 Hz display does the same thing...
Has anyone tried the LG 27GL650F-B G-Sync Compatible Display? I just opened mine. It shows up as a G-sync compatible display and is certified by Nvidia. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried playing with it? I get 144 Hz at the UFO test. It seemed a bit choppy playing BFV. I have an RTX...
So I currently have a Dell SE2717Hr 27 inch monitor. I love IPS displays, but I want a gaming monitor with at least 144 Hz overdrive. I wish I could afford a G-sync monitor, but they are just much too expensive so I'm looking at either an LG 27GL650F-B IPS, 144 Hz with a 5ms Response Time & 1ms...
Ok, so I'm temporarily using my son's PSU until the replacement PSU comes in. He's only been using his laptop anyone for around 6 months. Anyway, I wanna tell everyone thanks so much and yeah, it was the PSU, because I'm using this Corsair HX620 and I immediately tried a benchmark that caused...
Thanks for the heads up and the other info. So I already sent the HX850 off this morning. The connectors are different for the HX620. I actually had one PCI-E cable that is a 6+2. If I recall I believe I contacted Corsair and they sent me that cable for free. Also I tested the 620 on the...
I emailed them, but it's the weekend and I have to send my PSU back on Monday. The last day of my warranty was yesterday Friday, July 26, but I contacted them on Thursday, July 25. I'm good for a few days since they wouldn't have gotten my PSU before the warranty period ended. So, I'll just...
Thank you!!! I checked and I have 2 six-pin connectors, not 8 for the HX620. Additionally, the cables look different between the 850 and 620. So, you're right, I don't have 8-pin PCI-E cables. The cables with my HX820 are sleeved with some netting around the PCI-E cables and the Since...
Hi, I have a Corsair HX850 850 watt PSU that I'm sending back for RMA, but the only PSU I have to use until I get a replacement is an even older Corsair HX620, 620 watt PSU. You can see in my specs I have a 2080. So, the 620, only has an 8-pin PCI-E cable. My question is, can I plug in a...
Ok, so while I can't be 100% sure until I put a new PSU you, I feel pretty certain that's what it is now! Before 123Lanoix replied I was reading other posts from other people. I posted with the same problem earlier this year with the same card. I was brand new. I got it replaced with the...
Hi, yes I have Afterburner on. I fear that you're right. I've had my Corsair HX 850 since 2012. I had no problems with my GTX 1070 with Afterburner. I'll try that tonight. It was happening with COD:AW and I turned off Shader Preload, and turned Super Sampling down from 16x to 4x. I had a...
