If you can solve this problem, I'll be amazed.

Here is the fix. http://www.seagate.com/support/kb/disc/faq/sata_lock.html The problem is an incompatibility between this hard drive which is SATA II and the controller on the mobo which is SATA I. Using the jumper sets the drive to SATA I which fixes the problem. I hope this helps...

I have the EXACT problem. Two motherboard and two SATA drives later no go. What the fuck? My 36GB Raptor from my other machine boots just fine. No go for this machine. Any help? eag Seatools doesn't detect the drive either. It's a 300GB drive.

Blu-ray Discs Won’t Be Cheap - game dev costs soar?

So Sony can, yet again , try to corner the market with a sub-par, overly priced, overly hyped media format. Betamax Minidisc Memory Stick UMD Blueray Did I miss anything here? The first two are dead and gone. The rest will just take time.

    Install path in Windows.

I'm anal about how organized I keep my PC. On the root of my C: drive I have 3 folders (not including hidden system folders of course). Documents and Settings, Program Files, and Windows. I doubt there is any truth to the fact that it slows down your computer to have a dirty root. But...

Power Glove -> PC Gyro Mouse

That is awesome. I bet that guy get's all the chicks. :D My powerglove fell to the demise of a garage sale. I think my parents hocked it for $20 or so. I think they paid about $100 for it new IIRC.

Halo 2 gamers face Vista upgrade...

Halo isn't exactly a ground breaking FPS for the PC anyway. With a plethora of FPS's on the market, why would anyone even want Halo for the PC?

    Experience with legit keyloggers?

First off, I know this is a touchy subject around here, so I don't need any flamitory comments. Quick story, I have a client who requested I run a keylogger on one of their machines. I didn't commit to it, but told them I'd look into it. This is rather touchey enough for me. But if I...
