Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Now that I messed with the Local Dimming and Dark Spot Brightening, going back to the "Standard" color profile does look a LOT better. (There's no specific "sRGB" profile, just Standard, Warm, Cool, and User.) I know for a fact that my preferences are very, very far away from accurately tuned...
It's here and in one piece. No dead pixels so far. (Thought I saw a couple, but it was just dust.) Build quality is good, but not premium. Nothing feels cheap, but it's very no-frills. When I first set it up, the plastic back panel wasn't fully snapped down all the way. I had to snap it...
I'll definitely let you know my thoughts, but I have no way to objectively measure anything, and I'm by no means a professional colorist or anything. My thoughts will pretty much be "looks good" or not.
It's delayed until Monday, though. Spent a lot of time in customs.
That TCL monitor is available from Amazon Germany for 923 Euros. I'm attempting to buy it. After exchange rates and about $120 in import fees and shipping, it comes out to about $1225.

With that said, I just made an Amazon...
So, I did end up with everything being intakes except the rear exhaust. Seems to be working fine. I've had to play around with the top fan fan curves, though, as it seems I put shitty fans in there, and they are loud as fuck with anything over 5 volts. For a while I was running with just one...
That's what I thought, and that's how I have it set up from last time. The exhaust is the rear fan, and everything else, including the top, is intake. Does it matter if the top is intake instead of exhaust? I could switch the rear to intake and top to exhaust, but that seems like I'd end up...
So, I'm building a new PC, and I have an old Corsair 700D I'm going to put it in. I have a question about how the fans should be configured, though.
The case was obviously built around water cooling, but I'm just going to be air cooling. Looking at the case, it looks like it actually has a...
Both Titanfalls have absolutely horrible netcode. Worse than any other popular shooters I've played. TF1 is worse, but TF2 is still bad. Tons of rubberbanding, terrible hit reg, being shot well behind walls, etc. Buyer beware.
You know damn well 90% of the people in GenMay never read the vast majority of the other parts of the forums, and there are plenty of people who aren't subbed to GenMay as well.
Does anyone know of any full, clear acrylic PC cases you can buy from a reputable manufacturer? Preferably a full tower, but a mid tower would be acceptable.
The case in that video looks sick as fuck, but I definitely don't want to buy anything from AliExpress.
I have no idea who Kape is, but /tinfoilhat...
They're secretly a government run entity that is buying up every VPN possible to put in backdoors to allow for unfettered surveillance of encrypted VPN traffic. It's the only logical answer.
Logitech G602.

If you ever decide you need the buttons, you have them, and it's a ridiculously good mouse for the price. The battery life is seriously insane, too. With leaving it on 24/7 in high accuracy mode, it...
My google feed early this week had several different news stories come up about an imminent 12 nm Polaris refresh coming in October. I think it was two different anonymous sources from within AMD, as well as some data mining of new device IDs in AMD drivers that line up with Polaris cards that...
