Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I get this a little bit. About 2-3 hours of playing and I start feeling sick to my stomach. And yup it doesn't seem to happen in CS:S or any other FPS I've played. And actually I was fine on the airboat. With me it just seems based on pure duration of playing HL2, not necessarily a...
Ghost 2003 did problems with 865 chipsets. It's a known issue and they've fixed it. Run liveupdate and it'll fix you up. Btw, It's not just SATA either; you'll have problems ghosting even IDE drives without the patch(which is where I ran into the issue).
2 months with a ratpadz GS and the texture was worn down to a smooth grain in the center. Was pretty pissed as that area became a black hole in terms of mousing. Massive skips when entering or leaving that damnable abyss and incredibly uneven.
Got a Func 1030 to replace it about 5 months...
Played through original DS twice with friends, both single player and multiplayer maps. The single player campaign in co-op was f*cking awesome. Multiplayer not so much due to the total lack of beautiful bosses.
Legends of Aranna was very disappointing. The iceman rebalance mod added more...
The 6600GT only has a 128MB of RAM on a 128-bit memory interface also. That's holding it back at the high end and will probably keep it well below the 6800GT in future games.
9800 pros and and 5900s in the budget bin. What a funny thought. Seems like only yesterday they were sitting high on the throne.
ATI and NV are both doing some amazing things this gen.
Cool, thanks for the great info Xeese! I have been perusing many mx1000 threads on other forums looking for the answer to MX duo compatibility. I guess I'll have to hold out till they come out with an LX duo or something. Having two receivers is just redundant and wastes space. The new...
I always thought of buying some of those eDimensional glasses. However, I'm guessing they still don't support LCDs due to the way the tech works? I enjoy my LCD screens too much too give them up. ;(
Func 1030 owns.
I bought two Ratpadz GS in the last year and both wore out within a few months. I figured I could deal with it, but after trying the surface of my desk for awhile I realized the worn ratpad was much much worse. Got a 1030 and been loving it. Unlike the RatPadz it's not...
Rainbow 6 3: Raven Shield
Athena sword is good but not really necessary except for the extra maps. My friends and I have spent upwards of 8 consecutive weekends on it, which is more than our 3 weekends with UT2004. It really never seems to get old.
Either side? Try just wandering all around. All the hell level areas are setup so that when you kill all the enemies in an area, or walk onto a certain spot, the way to the next area will be revealed. The animations of the new areas open are very cool btw. Neat to watch and quite creative.
I wouldn't agree with the advice of not upgrading. I think while it is a bit thoughtless to upgrade just for one game, you have to consider that there will be mods(TFC anyone?) based on this engine and that multiplayer in its current state is fun for some people. Also, upgrading will not...
