Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Can someone give me some relative size differences between an EVGA 1080ti i have and a standard non FE 3080ti? Looking at the specifications between my card and a few EVGA 3080ti's it looks like the dimensions are the same except the PCIE-slot height of 2.2 compared to 2.0 with 1080ti.
I have...
They are going to ship out 3080ti's before they let me buy a 3070ti at MSRP two years after release. The prices will never go back down. I cant stand how money hungry Nvidia is (amd not relevant) and how they refuse to sell you a single card for your single gaming PC still running 970's 1080's...
This is a fail post. None of these people are suffering by returning them. Remember when Costco and other stores refused to refund people stockpiling supplies back in March/April? LOL
I would take an AMD over Nvidia at this point if it means getting a card for a deal. Stock might not be able to sustain an MSRP tag for another 3-6 months.
thanks for messages guys. I havent been here for awhile, but I'm back and still interested in something. Shipped to California, just use a Sac zip code, 94203.
I would just give my system away, but I need a replacement which hinges on 2080ti-3070 availability at a reasonable price.
I'm looking for a budget PC to run a 1440p monitor. I think $600-800 is fair. It can be a whole system or a starting point.
1) CPU - 4core/6core
2) RAM - 16GB or more
3) GPU - Optional (I know its expensive, but i'll take a deal)
3) Air Cooler(water ok for quality AIO)
4) 1TB M.2. SSD...
My 1080ti needs to be upgraded and after double checking I realized my error. For $700-$800 RTX3080 does not make sense for 1440p, if you already rock a 1080ti or higher.
The $500-600 RTX3070 would be a better choice, but only after seeing what AMD provides. Lastly, with Consoles going for...
My last build used an 8700k + 1080ti inside an M1case in 2018. There has been a lot of releases since 2018, that I dont know what is good anymore and am confused with AMD vs. Intel and the limitations with MicroATX motherboards. Maybe microATX isnt worth it for value? The goal of the system...
