    Building a new HTPC

    The files are in a "mkv" format. The current motherboard does in fact have an AGP slot, which is what the current video card is in. I'm wondering why your 6200 has no problems but my 6600GT can't do it... Thanks for your suggestions!

    Digital Camera Choices

    Thanks for the input, makes me feel like my leaning towards the 870 over 950 was warranted. I didn't even know that section existed, thanks for the heads up. If a mod could move this there I'd greatly appreciate it.

    I have the HTC TyTn II (sometimes under the AT&T name "Tilt"). Kickass phone with tons of features but may be out of many peoples price ranges.

    Digital Camera Choices

    I need a new digital camera and have been doing a little research. I don't want to spend any more than $350 and would prefer it to be a compact or ultra compact. The two best cameras that I've found in this price range are: Canon PowerShot SD870 IS at $279 Canon PowerShot SD950 IS at...

    FS: System w/E6600, EVGA 8800GTS SC, 75GB Raptor, P5N32SLI, 600W PSU, Antec Solo+++

    Actually I just went to Newegg and added it all up, including shipping, the total comes to $1,355.59. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

    When he tried to put URLs for those items he didn't do it right, thus listing a couple of the things twice and not having URLs for them.

    CompUSA.com bought by TigerDirect

    Oh god... I used to love Tigerdirect, but now that their shipping costs more than the item that I'm buying, there's no way I'm ordering from them in the near future.

    Grandcentral.com invites

    Would be nice if those who received the invites were able to honor the requests on the first page. I actually have a use for this service and don't want to just "try it out and never use it again."

    newegg deals

    Newegg Webmaster, First I would like to thank you for the great service you have always provided, even when I was sent faulty RAM (which was immediately replaced in a very timely manner). Would it be possible for you to beat Dell's deal on the Samsung 906BW? They have it for $184 + free...

    Samsung SyncMaster 931BW vs 906BW

    Yes, as I pointed out the contrast ratio stating 3000:1 is a typo, it is actually 2000:1, making it the same as the other monitor.
