    It's a bug. it says it is install Windows 10, but it isn't (if you unselected) - check WindowsUpdate.log to double check. Delete the SoftwareDistribution folder if you like, too.

    I think the problem here is the fact that the white levels are so off between the two monitors. Just hitting 5500k as someone else suggested on the new monitor is a royal pain.     I suggest you try running powercfg (look in its options) and try some battery rundown tests.
