Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
All of them, really. I just love gaming, but I'm pretty bad at most games. Being old (46) and having minor uncontrollable hand tremors doesn't help. So I've turned more towards RPGs and less shooters than what I played 25 years ago. I just like the escape.
Thanks for posting this. Helping a friend build a gaming computer for her son. This just cut $15 from the build list I originally gave her and got a better PSU than I had suggested.
My favorite case is an Antec. Getting ready to mod it and put my system back in that beautiful full tower. Need a solid power supply to go with it to replace my last good PS that died last week.
Oh man, I will order as soon as any place lets me give them my money. Found my original collector's edition BG2 while cleaning the attic last month. Still got the bonus CD (which if I remember correctly did nothing but set a flag in a human-readable file which indicated you had access to...
I expect this to be the same as everything else I've ever purchased that comes from Bioware. I'll wish the price was less, but get more than my money's worth out of it. Dragon Age is the first Bioware game I waited for a sale on, and it's absolutely worth more to me than what I paid. This...
I have been using RatPadz since the first padz came out (ordered the first time Kyle put up a link). I have 6 now, and none have gone bad yet. My most used is worn enough that the mouse has trouble tracking now, so I'm going to order a new one. I love the thicker version, but the original had...
JKDefrag (I use the PortableApps version) and UltraDefrag are my preferred defraggers. JKDefrag uses the built-in Windows defragging API, while UltraDefrag is an open source standalone defragger. Both have worked well for me with no problems and reasonable speed.
The first was so much better than all others. T2 was good after enough patches, but it never captured my attention like T1. I played T1 to the point of marital problems, almost missing moving from DC to TN for a new job, and actually not buying other games for about 8 months. It was the first...
Was just reading Kotaku when I saw the above in their 8800 Ultra article. I'm a tad skeptical of a 15 fold increase this soon after the 8800, so naturally I came to see if Kyle had a write-up showing this supposed 15-fold improvement. Thanks for the info, Kyle.
