    Hey did you try just running one hd, instead of both of yours. If you still having problems, even try disconnecting your DVD-RW. If it stops, then you know the culprit. Doesnt shuttle sell replacement PSU's? Im thinking of getting a SN25P. I just need to find a decently priced PCIe video card.

    if you really trust your cooling...u should be able to get 2v out of it
