Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I think MSVC++ from Microsoft will do it. Last I checked, you could download just the compiler without the Visual Studio IDE for free. That might only be for .NET though.
Microsoft is offering some sort of trade-in deal where you can go from 32 bit XP to 64 bit XP... Check this thread.
Can't...
One of your classes has a main method (static void main(String[] args) ...)
Once you've compiled everything (hit the compile button), right-click on the class that has a main method, and choose main. This should start executing your program.
Good luck at the competition!
TerminalIO, and KeyboardReader, are provided by some CS professor, somewhere. There are also a few introductory Java textbooks. That said, i really doubt TerminalIO is being integrated into Java 1.5/"5"
KeyboardReader itself simply wraps around BufferedReader, providing a few methods...
Sidetrack is a beautiful thing :) Make sure you configure all the options, the defaults aren't bad but you don't get the full experience until it's tweaked.
Also, if you use iTunes, synergy has a lot of very nice options ( hot keys to change tracks, album art & track info, etc.)
This doesn't quite answer your question, but if all you want is free, reliable DNS service, www.zoneedit.com would be perfect for you. You get to have up to 5 domains listed for free, with complete control over the various records (A, MX, etc.)
Right now I'm using Merak for windows...does it all; POP3, SMTP, IMAP, Calendaring, and IM.
Don't remember the specifics, but it was kinda expensive :(
