    Wireless card, strange issue..

    What happens when you restart the computer? If it still fucks up, it is likely a hardware malfunction. Sounds a little too complicated to be software, especially with the troubleshooting you've done so far.

    Are you sure it's your keyboard, and not just system lag? Try using a different keyboard for a while and see if these problems still come up.
