Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Between the 7800 512 and the A8N32 stock issues, I wouldn't be surprised if I am still waiting through mid Jan to build my new system. It's kinda sad that I am trying ::desperately:: to spend significant chunks of money, but can't seem to! :p
Watch out with these -- I picked up a set of them the last time there was a deal on them and ended up sending them back. In many situations, they emit a loud varying hum from the subwoofer, and hiss from the satellites. Check out what people are saying about them in the Klipsch forums about...
Anyone pick these up?
I got them in yesterday and set them up only to find they have a very loud hum, which sounds like a ground loop. Great.
Anyone have a similar issue with these?
I have a similar problem with the same monitor. Anything over 1152x864 causes the screen to "vibrate" vertically. I tried moving it around the room, to no avail. I might be sending mine back to Viewsonic for warantee service.
