    PSU Troubles

    My system has been locking up and crashing repeatedly which leads me to believe my PSU is going bad. I checked the hardware monitor in my bios and this is what I came up with: 3.3v = 3.28v 5v = 4.99v 12v = 11.58v I've never experienced any PSU trouble before so I thought I'd come here...

    CPU fan off at startup.

    For some strange reason the fan doesn't spin at startup and I need to mess with the controller a little bit to get it going. At first I thought it was a power issue but after I get it going it runs fine and I have no problems. Also about a week ago my bios gave me a "CPU Fan Failed" message even...
