Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Greetings, I was hoping someone could help me with this, because all of the local electronic stores are useless.
We're replacing a blown out fan in our tape library in the server room.
I've purchased a fan online and it looks like this:

I've had 2 separate clients really dislike Google Apps. They'd rather have Outlook Web over the Gmail interface any day of the week. To say there's some things that Google "doesn't get" isn't very far from the truth, at least in my experience.
Firefox still lacks any central management ability, namely Active Directory/Group Policy and therefore isn't really suited for a corporate environment.
(Any solutions to this are 3rd party and don't count.)
This decision by IBM is a silly one. This will cost more money than it saves.
I disagree with this completely, although it is a matter of personal preference.
This article was pretty interesting:
http://gizmodo.com/5466753/why-netflix-doesnt-really-care-about-hd
Also, Netflix lacks Closed Captioning for the most part (as far as I know.) I don't care about this...
Most people forget that Netflix doesn't provide everything in HD. If you have a 1080p set and use the Xbox 360 dashboard app, your Netflix experience leaves a lot to be desired. SD just doesn't look that great. AFAIK, everything on Hulu Plus will be 720p streaming.
Also, if you're paying...
I do not want to log in to Google, nor do I want to use some browser plugin to disable scripting.
This background image crap should be an opt-in type of situation. The fact that you cannot disable it and store this preference in cookie or whatever is maddening.
Why the sarcasm in the news post? It makes it seem as if you're OK with Facebook and their blatant disregard to internet privacy. Sure the timing of this is convenient, but it does go along with their recent actions that everyone is steamed about.
I agree with your post, however there is...
The government can do more than one thing at a time, BTW.
People trust Google way too much. Buzz's implementation was a serious privacy breach. If it takes the government conducting a hearing to make the people see that Google is not God's gift to the internet, I'm all for it.
At the...
This would be on Windows XP, btw.
She might not like the idea of fiddling with Control Panel settings any time she wanted to go back and forth.
So if it installs a separate playback device...is there any way to "clone" her computer's soundcard to the HDMI audio device? Telling her she can...
My girlfriend just purchased a new TV and I'm considering how to get her PC hooked up to it.
I'm looking into getting her a new Radeon board with HDMI (to go to the TV) and DVI (to go to her monitor.) She will still be using the PC + monitor + speakers normally but will occasionally want to...
Chrome still doesn't have a setting to clear your cache/history/sessions when you close the browser. Why not? Probably because Google wants this data to stay around.
Plus, I dislike the UI. It goes out of it's way to save screen real estate when I don't need it to. I don't see the benefit...
If you want this monitor right away, do not order it from NCIX. I placed my order last Friday (the 7th, from NCIXUS.com) and it has yet to ship.
The site said the FP241W was in stock when I placed my order. Maybe I'm just used to NewEgg shipping speed.
I'm also considering this, since I'm in the market for a 24" monitor.
After hearing the horror stories about the HC version, I'm not taking my chances with it. The HC is all you can find on Dell's site now, too. The fact that Alienware can sell me the original 2407 is interesting, although...
I've been thinking about getting the TX-42F430S, but saw today that NewEgg has the LVM-42W2 in stock. Apparently it isn't a refurb either.

Is this a better buy over the TX?
I seem to remember people saying there were...
