I would go with the Rosewill Hyperborea unit simply because it has reasonably good static pressure numbers, the higher the fins per inch numbers the more important the static pressure becomes.

What bios are you currently using in the MB, If your not using the 1301 bios then you should update it. I have heard of some people having problems just like your's and a bios update seemed to fix the problem.
Have you got both the rad's fans set to blow air into the case?
If so then you have a very high pressure inside the case and the two rad fan systems are kinda fighting one another and you're not getting the air flow through the rad's that you would be getting if you had the front set to blow in...
Have you considered having the top of the case sandwiched between the rad and the fans with the rad actually inside the case and the fans outside the case but inside the shroud.
I'm pretty sure that the footprint of the shroud is big enough to allow that.
You need to think server when you look for registered ECC memory and you can also expect to pay twice as much for the memory and for the memory to be slower than standard desktop memory
