Silverstone Sugo SG02-F budget build and pics

I've been eyeing that case since they popped up at Fry's a couple months ago, they seemed like a good deal. I wondering how is the paint quality on that? Is it prone to scratches?

    ATi 3450 HDMI.. no audio?

Visiontek sells the adapters and they claim they will transmit the audio signal. I've heard that they will work with other brands. They have 2 seperate adapters, one for the 2000 series and one for the 3000 series. 3000 series...

    Atom powered mini-itx board

Interesting, very impressed with the power usage. Too bad SSD aren't more affordable cause that would really pair nicely with this board.

    New Antec NSK1480 MATX case

The retail box e2200 comes with a smaller fan, I'd say its about half the height of the fan that comes with the e4500.

    Sources for nanoBTX motherboards?

I have a Shuttle barebones (Model SS31T) which I bought from Fry's. It was a customer return, but it was on clearance so I thought I would take a chance and try it out. I think the previous user had wrecked the motherboard. I couldn't return it since I was already past my 14 day return period...

    asus eee

I haven't tried it yet, but I did try those hacked drivers that are supposed to enable higher resolutions. IMO it is isn't worth it cause anything higher than the native resolution and my eyes start getting tired (way too blurry). I'd wait a couple of months for the 9inch model to come out...

Opinions - Ultra MicroFly vs. CoolerMaster Centurion 541?

I've built a couple of system with the Microfly and I really like it, especially for the price. However it does seem kinda of flimsy and I would never carry it by the handle.

AMD 780G Boards (or "quality" of a board)

I have the same exact ECS board, I'm not using RAID though, it works great otherwise. There's an updated BIOS on the website that might fix some RAID issues, did you try installing that?

best am2 board for under $100

I got a Phenom 9500 for cheap and need a cheap board to go with. I ended up getting that ECS 780g board for around $70 I've had it for a week running on Vista and its been pretty solid so far. I have not tried overclocking because the 9500 is not really a great overclocker, but the BIOS...

My order has been in limbo for the past week. They have already charged my credit card and on the status page it says its been sent to regional warehouse for fullfillment, but it hasn't been updated since last Tuesday. I'm willing to wait, but its seems the chance of this deal coming thru...

Ultra Micro Fly Black with Window $49AR Shipped

I believe that it does indeed come with a power supply. I picked one up at Frys B&M for $39.99 AR and it came with a 400 watt Ultra V series power supply. Same Fry's item number 4898990 and Ultra product model (ULT33116) as on frys.com.

Poor graphics performance on battery (E1705)

Notebook Hardware Control, it allows you to manually adjust CPU speed. Make sure to download the Dell version : http://www.pbus-167.com/chc.htm You could also try ATI Tool to adjust the clock speeds of the x1400, but I am not sure it will work.

    Laptops still sold with XP

Dell has had alot of great deals these past few weeks, probably because of the new Santa Rosa platform they have to get rid of their older stock. The Inspiron 9400/e1705 can be nicely configured with Windows XP and a Geforce Go 7900 GS for much less $1500. You have to order thru Dell Small...
