This thing is basically a 3000+ Venice, but with 1MB cache instead of 512KB (both are clocked at 1.8ghz). My guess is you wouldn't see very much performance increase. It *should* be more overclockable than your winchester, though.
I built a machine for my sister with the Jetway and an Athenatech case. The machine is with her, so I can't comment on the overclocking options in the bios, but I have a warning. If your athenatech case is either the a100 or a106, unless your dvdrom is very short, it's going to cover your hsf...
