I've been using scsi since my first AMD Duron system and yes I would see the card in the BIOS if the mobo see it. And no I haven't seen any "generic" card showing up.
My stupid mobo does not recognize the sas card but when I reset my bios via the jumper for some dang reason is shows up...
None taken any advice I've might have over looked would help despite how silly it sounds. Thanks.
SAS card doesn't have that much option but I wish it was that easy. I'll have to mess with it again and waste another weekend.
Trust me I have been in the BIOS I have tried everything. I've even ran the system without my pci-e video card. Changing the boot order doesn't help much when teh dang SAS card doesn't show up at all.
