    It'll work without a problem. I may suggest that he take out the ram first and then put the hs on, made the installation a lot easier for me.

    That happened to my stock fan almost everytime but not for my coolermaster since i got it (2 days ago). Sometimes the fan spins when i power it on but then stop half way loading to windows, the led would even light up. My load temps are around 37C

    Specs are: 3000+ venice @2.2 DFI LP Ultra-D 7800gt ocz platinum rev2 I have CnQ disabled and i've also switched to another fan header but it's still the same. Temps at idle are 25-27C

    Is my stock hsf dying?

    So just now (and i noticed this yesterday too) my stock hsf wouldn't power up even after loading to windows, the fan was moving a bit but wasn't spinning. I had to use my finger to get it going. I'm assuming that this is a sign of it dying?

    Standard i guess, i use whatever the default controls are. For most fps it's obviously wasd, space bar for jump, ctrl for crouch etc. but for some games like FEAR or Call Duty where some controls are a bit different i just adjust to it.

    Can somebody explain this sata port problem to me please? If i read correctly it's the reason why some chips won't go over 230ish fsb then? I think i might have that problem if it's true because my chip WILL NOT even go past 2ghz (using 3000+ venice of course)
