Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I just have to comment that it's sad how this has died out. I remember threads back in the day being 50 to 100 or more pages of workstations over the years.
Bad idea. In these newer Lenovos they really reduced the size of the case. Power supply size limited. The HDD/odd cage goes over the motherboard. Might not even support a standard MATX board.
You would be better off with an older case like used in the M700/M800/M900. Lot more room.
Kinda...
I would either:
Use any case, and get some kind of protective enclosure for computers in harsh environments.
Put the computer in another area. Use USB and a VGA/HDMI over Cat5/6 extenders and put a USB hub there.

Usually closed. Work PC used to be open for accessibility. Now that its in a nice case its closed. Helps with noise too! I do have two test benches mounted vertically though. Just motherboard trays on a board.

Hope this helps.
What I would really like for is the inflation of memory prices to go down like they were a couple years ago. But I guess I can't complain about the next generation of RAM. With time it will get better. Hopefully.
I hate Comcast, but what I hate more is that you only have a handful of cable providers across the US with it mostly being Comcast and Time Warner. And you better believe that there will only be one cable company where ever you live! It saddens me.
I don't know who you are. I don't know why...
Same. Just had two WD 2tb blacks fail one less then a year old. But I see them all, WD, Seagate, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitsu. It's mainly the really old drives that keep ticking. All this newer stuff just seems to fail right out of warranty.
