    I appreciate all the help guys, i ended up going with the Gigabyte R929WF3-4GD, i felt like it was a better value even though the XFX had a better warranty. I have dealt with Gigabyte RMAS on my motherboard before, and honestly it was pretty painless. And the $30 MIR wasnt bad either LOL
