As the subject states, I'm looking for desk arms for my 30's. I've noticed that most arms are listed as supporting up to a 24" display, however some will hold up to 33 lbs. My LP3065's weigh about 30. Think it would fit?

Oh please. Try comparing Win7's performance to a real linux distro such as Arch. It will blow Win7 out of the water any day of the week. And it will use 10 times less memory. Oh and its free! :p

2. The macbook comes with a better OS than the thinkpad. Although this issue is easily solved by throwing a Linux Distro on the thinkpad.
The only fault I can find with the macbook pro 13" is that Apple doesn't offer a matte option for the screen.
In the end you can't go wrong with...
Does your motherboard support Raid 5? If so, why not run that instead? With 2 Raid 1 array's, you would lose 2 drives, with Raid 5, you would only lose 1 drive out of 4.
