    System in sig does everything I need it to do including gaming at 1440p with mostly high > ultra settings, sometimes with a touch of RT and even PB RT with a touch of DLSS and FG. Be modest, be happy - you don't 'need' the latest 9800x3d and RTX 5090 to play games.

    Bearing in mind this is deliberate, big tech knows to hook them while they're young as muscle memory is hard to relearn as you become older. Hence the reason why MS Office and the Adobe Suite is usually free to primary > high school students.

    Windows will stuff it's bootloader anywhere it likes assuming the drive is connected when Windows is initially installed.

    Pull Windows drive > Insert drive intended for Linux > partition as recommended and install. Once done, reinstall Windows drive and use your UEFI boot manager to select either the Windows or the Linux drive depending on the OS you intend to use.

    As a general rule of thumb, if you want to dual boot Windows/Linux off the same drive, install Windows first followed by Linux.     I just finished Death Stranding, it's literally taken me years. What an epic game, the plot twists, the emotional trek in the end. I struggled to get into it at first, but I'm so glad I finally made the decision to sit there and work out the mechanics of the game - One of my fav's of all time...
