Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Well acra2 I think you've gotten something mistaken as they're not reviewing the game itself, but the card that runs the game. If you're looking as to whether a game is good or not then that's a different site.
That said I really appreciate the manner that they review video cards here as...
The pay one. Ad Aware Plus and above, the free one doesn't come with it.
I never used it because it's very annoying lol. I think it only covers certain areas though I don't think it does the whole registry.
You know I got into a discussion about nod32 a few days ago over at rage3d alot of people were saying it sucked because some guy had 7 trojans in a zip file and nod missed three of them.
All 3 were incomplete seperate parts that could be used in trojans but weren't trojans at all, so I tried...
Actually true ITW I would fare NOD32 just as good as kaspersky tbh. Remember I never said nod 32 sucks just that kaspersky has more stuff in it's database(which is what I meant by detection rate).
I'm just paranoid so I like something that covers the whole spectrum, even if the chances of me...
So?
All it takes is one false positive to fail the VB Test.
Infact lets take wilders favorite AV NOD32 for example and thier new advanced heuristics engine that's so widely touted. Yep the one that stopped bugbear or bagle before they even had definitions for it(I forget which worm it was...
F-Secure detects more stuff than nod32 does, but nod32 is alot lighter on resources than f-secure.
Only you can decide which thing is a higher priority for yourself. I personally would choose F-Secure.
Other honorable mentions are Kaspersky(which F-Secure is based off), and the one I'm...
Both my local wal-marts carry it so you may try there, also maybe thier on-line store as well.
(this is of course assuming you're in America if not I got nothing)
I like Nod32 and used it for about a year until version 2 came out. One of thier PCU updates totally made nod32 unable to work on my computer. I tried with all the windows updates without and narrowed it down to 2 updates that were critical updates for XP that made it to where nod32 wouldn't...
I'd try running a panda scan. Free from http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm
In addition I would download the trial of TDS-3, manually update your system and run it as well. Make sure to turn on all the scan options under scan control before you do so...
Be prepared to pay, and I mean pay big for that little driver for DOS. The free version only allows you to read the ntfs partition, you have to buy the paid version to actually write to it, which means you won't be fixing any errors by DOS.
If you're just doing stuff like that, not hosting a real page or anything you could probably get by with just analog X's simple simple server.

TDS-3 or trojan hunter. BOClean will also stop it but BOClean is a memoru resident anti-trojan it has no scanner at all. I love BOClean though, small, fast, and works, but if you want something that you can scan stuff with I say TDS-3.
But yeah back orriface, any AV should get that one...
OK.
Try and run CWS Shredder. I don't have a link handy but google pulls it up. Cool web search is one nasty spyware.
