Its a OEM version, but I did figure out the problem, I did a Update on the Intel c600 raid driver from Asus 3.0.0.3020 to 3.1.0.1085 from Intel, and the problem was gone. Very happy. :D
When you say low level format, do you mean full format? Or Quick, is that an good idea on ssd?. Did try run 3dmark and some other test without any problem.
