    How about this program? It says it can crop multiple images the same way. Can't make multiple crop regions, but it's better than what you're doing I think

    I thought so too, but I made it anyway in case people did like it better. The one you like better is also a smaller file size, so it'd work out well. Whatever you guys decide is fine... ater all they only took about 15 mins and 10 mins respectively to change. :)

    Very cool mech. The only thing I notice is that around the knee area it isn't sub'd enough (unless you want it to be like that, it just seems off from the rest of the model), but I like the rest of it.

    Here is #4 with the colors you asked for. The colors aren't as complex as I just used the color replacer in PSP, but it would still do the job. A lot quicker than editing by pixel at least :) and in case you want a fade.... props to original artist, it is an awesome...
