Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I have a 1yo nephew and have a bunch of short videos of him (~30secs each) that I want to put up on a web site for friends and families only (it'll be password protected). I'm thinking of setting up a simple blog with wordpress.
However, how do I set up streaming video? I have a unlim...
I like the extra space of 16:10. for watching videos, I use a REAL tv. watching movies is too disappointing even on a 26" screen. Heck, it's disappointing on a 52" screen. I'm waiting for LED projectors to become an affordable reality, then I'm going for 120".
you have 3 of them so you're in a better position to tell us :) anyway, I have one and I don't have that issue.
I suspect it's a video card/driver issue. could be a defective unit.
I don't have an answer for you but Frys and Sam's Club carry the T260HD, so you can check it out in person.
the T260hd is a legit TV, with built-in ATSC and QAM tuner. the HP has better stand with adjustable height.
I have an HP f2105 (non TN panel). honestly, I don't think its colors...
can someone tell me how high the T260HD is? the pdf manual says 18" something, but that probably includes the top bevel. I need to know the height from top of the visible screen to the desk (I know the stand height is fixed.) thanks
just got this from costco. when you first use it, it's just HUGE but don't worry after a day or so it feels fine.
no dead pixel but I haven't looked all that carefully. viewing angle is ok for a TN considering the size. You need to be at least a couple of feet back or you'll see...
hi, is it this 28" that you bought?

281D. i think there's also a 289D
TV has a backlight control separate from contrast and brightness, which really control the black and white levels. my problems with all the large LCDs is they're way too bright. I can't use them comfortably unless I turn down brightness so much that I'm crushing details and dark colors...
