What did you think of the NVidia 3000 Series Launch?

Meh, not impressed with DLSS, feels like 90% placebo.

2080 Ti and/or Titan RTX BLACK coming soon...

That $200 difference gets me 400 rounds of 7.62x39. Honestly the prices this gen have seen me (780Ti/980Ti/1080Ti) say screw nvidia. If I do get a 2080ti it will be on ebay once it hits $600-$700.

Red Dead Redemption II Is a 90GB Download on Xbox One, 105GB on PS4

10 million copies sold on pc is nothing to sniff at, regardless.

I can't even get either. Satellite with a 50GB data cap per month (then $3 per GB after that), then Verizon hotspot with a 22GB data cap.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey Will Only Work on CPUs That Support AVX

    Cinebench is hardly gaming though.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey Will Only Work on CPUs That Support AVX

That's fantastically inaccurate; Bloomfield is still quite capable when it comes to pc gaming. The only thing holding back Bloomfield is lack of pcie 3.0, which has a toll in certain games around GTX 1080 horsepower, but never to a point where it's tangibly noticeable...

The GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is Too Damn High! @ [H]

I have yet to buy a used GPU from ebay that looked any different than a new one; that's why there are pictures. I've bought 11 used GPUs in the past two years and all but 1 work pristinely. The one that did not work I returned and money was refunded within 48 hours.

The GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is Too Damn High! @ [H]

1080Tis are selling well under $700 on ebay including shipping, in the buy it now section some are $620 with shipping. In auction they have gone sub $600.

The GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is Too Damn High! @ [H]

There have been plenty of used 1080Tis on ebay for sub $600.

The GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is Too Damn High! @ [H]

The last few years I've been willing to pay ~$740 per Ti (780Ti/980Ti/1080Ti) card for around ~$1480 for 2-way SLI, but the unabashed (and undisciplined) greed on display here by nvidia is just dishonorable and frankly; insulting. This unbridled greed is a huge turnoff to me; to the point where...

NVIDIA’s RTX Speed Claims “Fall Short,” Ray Tracing Merely “Hype”

Given the rather average performance jump historically, where x80 cards are equivalentish to preceding Ti cards (i.e. GTX 980 /780Ti, 1080/980Ti) and the Ti cards are typically only decent in performance gains, then I would be very surprised if the 2080Ti blows the 1080Ti out of the water with...

Last Gen Games - Max IQ and Perf on Today's GPUs @ [H]

Depends on the resolution and graphics settings; at 1440p on up SLI starts to make a difference in GTA V.
