Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Depends a great deal on your solar production hours and peak rates. For me, the battery covers the second half of peak time when my solar is producing little to nothing. So I'm using solar, or $0.16 off-peak power to charge it and riding through the $0.38/kWh peak time. Most of the time, baring...
All of Win11's requirements are paper requirements. See the IoT Enterprise version: it has none of the hardware checks that other W11 editions have, but is the same OS core and feature set. You just stick a PID file with a certain key in the sources folder of the W11 media and it's happy to...
Per spec, 8-pin GPU PCIe is 150W, so 12.5A @ 12V, divided by 4 conductors, so 3.125A per conductor. Max spec for the actual Molex connector appears to be around 330W, so 27.5A more or less, or 6.9A and change per pin, with a max wire size of 16AWG. Where are you getting 8A per pin?
Even at 500W max board power, the cable has to supply just under 42 amps (41 2/3), or just under 7 amps per pin? So 12 AWG wire unless I'm reading the table wrong (using NEC 125% sizing for continuous load). And all the ones I can find seem to be 16 AWG. I feel like the cable, even built to...
The ground potential between two buildings that widely separated will be different. I guess if it’s a straight run all the way to the AP it might be fine. But I always design around separation and maximum protection, but I used to do WISP stuff in a previous job.
With that much separation, I’d either pull fiber and use media converters, or make sure you have lightning protection on both ends with proper grounding.
I remember the Indoctrination Theory discussions as well for the ending of ME3; and my reaction to that was "If enough of your audience would rather reframe your ending(s) as hallucination/dream/mind control then you really screwed up."
My canon ending for ME3 is the Citadel DLC. We offed the...
Migrated to a new toolkit (Frost IIRC?) instead of UE so making level changes required full map rebuilds to test, some significant bugs at launch (that did mostly get fixed), and calling it Mass Effect brings expectations. ME2 was excellent, and despite its 'artistic integrity' ending, ME3 set a...
The Cert article only mentions vSZ and RND, neither of which are Unleashed. I’m not going to say Unleashed doesn’t also have issues, but the issues being discussed here do not appear to apply to Unleashed, that appears to be meme text added to the screenshot of the Twitter post.
Edit: OK...
Yeah I use a 7050QX-32S as my core doing mixed 40 Gb and 4x10 Gb breakouts; and a ICX-7450 for my 1 Gb and PoE stuff.
The Arista CLI is so similar to Cisco they’ve been sued over it. Any Cisco user will be right at home on an Arista.
Arista units have an override command to manually set the fan speed. Also, being modular, pay attention to if it’s standard or reverse airflow (the -F or -R in the model; also the color of the handles on the fans and PSUs: red for exhaust, blue for intake) in case that matters to your setup...
