Nah I don't think so, it seems it was a BIOS issue - I've had my FCLK 1:1 with my memory @ 1900/3800 since I got my 5950x back in early 2021 - had the USB drop out issues for years - got better over time but was still there - but also haven't had it for years now though, finally

Everyone's (including Microsoft) talking about 8GB meanwhile Microsoft's own system requirements, that they made and wrote and haven't changed, list 4GB. They should be optimizing to that, as that would then optimize for 8GB as well, secondarily (and my poor, cheap, but was only $100 new 5 years...
This is actually a thing already, debris removal as a service or something. They'll go up into LEO and push things into descent to burn up or a further out orbit.
Kessler Syndrome really only matters for things in LEO, after/above/beyond that there's so much 'space' in-between things and...
