Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Don't forget guys, personal attacks against this guy (for being a pedophile / weird / etc ) are unwarranted. He's not raping underaged girls and hasn't broken any laws, so let him be. Degrading someone based on your personal beliefs (instead of actual facts), just makes you an SJW. And no...
TLJ was the worst movie I ever experienced. Describing why would take hours and this guy has already done it for me: (highly recommended if you want to see why people hate TLJ so much).
Some people like TLJ, and that's fine, because everyone has different tastes and expectations. Some people...
This seems a little too SJW to me. Advertise to the groups that will get you the greatest return for what you pay. Advertise your mechanics jobs to men and elementary school jobs to women. Why spend extra on such a small return? It's not like those people were being rejected after they applied...
This has the potential to be very good and unique. I'd like a realistic racing game where you did more than just race, and did some of the crazy things in the TV series.
Though it might not be that, and it might suck.
Here's hoping it's good though :)
Capitalism requires regulation. And if it's to regulate the sale of an addictive worthless product aimed at children, while increasing the quality of the games I pay for, I'm all for it. It's sort of like regulating the sale of cocaine, except cocaine isn't worthless.
They've been in stock for about a week now (if you want gigabyte or evga), though they seem to be selling most of them via ebay. They're selling them at MSRP, which is far better deal than all the used ones on sale (for more).
Not directly related, but this reminds me of the many posts about Nier and Nier: Automata I've seen over time from depressed/suicidal people about how those games helped them deal with their depression. I suppose that interacting with a much more depressing world really helps show people just...
I've never pre-ordered a game. I almost always wait until the game reaches the bargain bin before even considering buying it. Being single-player focused, it makes no sense to spend $60 on a game when I can wait 6 months and get the exact same experience for $15.
But I will pre-order one game...
Pre-order? Never (except for Nier: Automata since Nier is the best piece of fiction I've ever experienced and I need to support the developers). Here's what I normally do:
1. Be amused at all of the hype/drama/etc surrounding pre-orders and their bonuses.
2. Read user reviews about a week...
When I was shopping for PSUs a few months ago, I kept seeing the Valens series for excellent prices. They were very tempting, but because of the lack of reviews, I passed it up and paid $30 or so more for a Seasonic.
It looks like I made the right choice. Thank you for the review!
Great article. The concepts Alex talks about actually apply to most job types, and is primarily the result of less-motivated/more-lazy/less-intelligent people thinking they deserve as much as the greats / the superstars of their respective industry.
I don't in any way mean that as an insult...
The main point of expensive, high-powered video cards is to provide more framerate than cheaper alternatives. So until all GPUs can surpass the refresh rates of our monitors in all games, measuring framerate is necessary.
And this is a bit off topic, but as someone who's on a budget and is just...
