Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

I am running windows 8.1 with nothing disabled. I am running a Dell U2412M UltraSharp 24" LED Monitor via the DVI-D connection.
The flicker covers only part of the screen, I would estimate about 1/5th of the screen in a big thick grouping of horizontal lines. Its literally a flicker, meaning its there and gone in under a second. It always seems to be on the bottom half of the screen.
Thus far I have uninstalled the drivers, gone through and made sure nothing else was installed by nvidia from previous installations, uninstalled the card in device manager, and reinstalled the video card with current drivers.
I have downloaded and ran 3dmark 11 to see if I could essentially...
I just installed a Gigabyte GTX 760. Before that I was using a Nvidia 560. Never had any problems with the old card. After installing the new card I get a weird screen flicker. It doesn't happen all the time and strangely doesn't seem to happen when the video card is in active use. Rather when I...
Well I intend to play wildstar for one. I will probably play some other very popular games when they come out. Whenever elderscrolls gets around to releasing a new version of their game that is not an MMO, or something made by blizzard etc.
What do people think is the cheapest mid range gaming PC, one I buy in one piece like an open box model from new egg or one I build myself? I have built my last 4 PCs and its fun , but I did it in the past because it was cheaper. I am on a two year upgrade cycle and with Wildstar coming out soon...
For a video card it looks like I will need to go to nvidia if I want something cool and relatively quiet without sacraficing power or paying 50 dollars more. Specifically something like this:
MSI N560GTX-M2D1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI...
Sounds good to me!. I went ahead and updated my list to include the MSI mobo, heatsink, ram, and hard drive. I am not sure about that video card because reviews are commenting a lot about how loud it is. These big cards are all loud, but with everyone making special mention about just how loud...
I am building a new computer, but before I pull the trigger on the components I wanted to run it by the collective consciousness and find out if 1) I should be buying slightly different components for better performance/cheaper price or 2) My selected components are not compatible.
Intel Core...
Hello,
Yesterday I received an email from a friend of mine telling me that my mother's email account had spammed him with a penis enlargement ad. Since my mother as a rule does not send out such ads I felt it was pretty safe to say that her computer was infected. The problem was figuring out...
This video looks pretty good to me:

Around halfway through this fellow tests youtube videos in standard def and hd both in full screen and regular. It seems hd in full screen via flash does give it a stutter but standard def in full screen does...
