    Is it possible to switch Clarkconnect from standalone to gateway without reinstalling? My googling only returned people asking the same question. Or would that PII in the corner be sufficient to throw smoothwall on it and use it in the scenario you descride above?

    I recently got a 700MHz G3 iBook off of ebay for a little over $300. It came with 640 MB of RAM. I'm running 10.4.7. It isn't the fastest machine in the world but it was a lot cheaper than a new Mac and works fine for me.
