    Are you using the Asus AI3 software. I have a 3 pin silverstone fan connected to a fan header and able to throttle it down 40% via the software.

    Also make sure to be aware of the hoses being used in the AIO. Some of the newer corsair units have the braid hoses which seemed to be harder to bend and might cause issues.
