It's BIG and WHITE and a Kilowatt - CORSAIR and HARDOCP PUT IT IN FOR FREE

Everything in my case is black. And the case itself. Let's stick something big and white into it. The whole thing.

    Corsair "Barebones" Christmas Giveaway!

What's not to like about a company in business since `94 that makes products that work so well. I've been VERY pleased with Corsair RAM and PSU's.

Holy crap, it worked! Dead video card, resurrected!

Confirmed again on an 8800GTX 756MB and a 9800GTX 512MB. 10 mins @ 400F. Didn't bother taking the stickers off this time, they survived.

Holy crap, it worked! Dead video card, resurrected!

CONFIRMED - this actually does work. I'd recommend following the outlined instructions with the cookie sheet, tin foil, and 4 balls of tin foil to hold up the PCB. Excellent work guys, you just saved me having to buy a replacment laptop! The 8400 on my Intel-based DV2500 laptop crapped...

Yeah, I'd love to, but I don't game seriously enough to buy two graphics cards; sadly my 7800GTX doesn't keep up with faster cards in a dual solution :( I use my (aircooled) OC'd system for stable everyday use though, I'd like to see some of the people in the top spots say that! (though I...

It's good to be back on the list again, with a sub-$500 chip to boot! ;) Amazingly, the results were obtained with Intel's STOCK cooler. I'm looking forward to getting the chip on water to see what it can really do (temps are around 90c  ).

    Post your "Ghetto Mod" pics

Almost a year ago I got a new 6800 card, and with a bit of widening of the holes in the video card (and a couple spare pieces of metal to try and fashion a bracket from) I was able to mount the Radeon-based Maze4 on it to watercool the hell out of it. I was glad my drilling didn't wax the card...

    Build your own reservoir?

I actually did have the pump submerged and running at the bottom of the tank for awhile, but it gets quite warm and I found the water's cooler when I leave the pump outside.

    Build your own reservoir?

Pride of Canada, my boy. Pride of Canada. And it was more proof-of-concept than anything. I usually replace my motherboard/CPU/vidcard every few months so doing it up nicely and permanently isn't an option I like considering right now. When I build a machine for show or sell, however, it's a...
