    now i reinstalled the 80hd,n changed the air flow of my case,blow the hot air form the viCard to the mb,then draw by the cpu-fan(max.6000rpm),at last draw it out of my case,now stabley keep the GPU temp under 60,the ENV temp keep under 37 after finished the 3dMark 05. i think i'v make mistake...

    too buzy to surf on the forum,i m going 2 try ocing my 9800"XT'" to obtain a higher score...2805 just at the position of 313 :o and the cpu might get a higher frequence by increasing some volt more...now the temp here is around 10-16'c,it is good for the heatsinking
