Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
You all have clearly missed that this is some sort of torture device. Maybe a new alternative to water-boarding? Just lock them in and force them to watch episode I over and over.
Really surprised this was the record. Allowing the 4hrs of sleep makes it way to easy. For the release of some mmo called Aion, myself and 5 others ran the first 2 nights without sleep, then did the next 6 nights w/ 4hr a night. Since we ran as a group we had to coordinate our schedules.

Unfortunately no one can compete with Intel's aggressive technology road maps. IBM's 22nm is months away from production and TSMC although at smaller nodes than 32nm won't hit the same power/performance numbers Intel can. AMD can't compete simply because they can't keep up. The only glimmer I...
Definitely a lot of good responses. In fact it almost sounds like there are many advantages in having the flexibility of a card.
I guess the thought process I had was that the CPU has naturally evolved to a socket configuration with slotted memory. Wouldn't it be logical that the GPU would...
Just curiosity really...but could GPU's ever be made into socket chips, like CPU's are? Sure it would make for a much more complicated mobo layouts (needing video connectors and all). Also not sure what the memory latency differences are but perhaps a different memory type and interface would be...
IBM calls it FinFET. But its the same thing. And with their alliances it means AMD will likely have access to it via Global Foundries. But it will always be a question about when. Intel is a full tech node ahead so yeh...
This is a rather lengthy thread so I only scanned through it, but has anyone found problems with Eyefinity when using different monitors even if the resolution is the same? For example I own a 2407WFP and a 2408WFP and have been thinking about getting a 3rd monitor and a new vid card, but would...
The ratio for the Thermalright seems good, but are you factoring in the cost of a fan? Seems to me to be fair the cost of a fan must be inlcuded. Don't get me wrong, I own a TRUE-120 and it's the best. I just think if we are looking at perf/price you don't exactly get that performance w/o a fan.
Thanks for the feedback on the AKG's. I don't think my OP made it clear, but specifically I'm looking for a headset that has a mic. I need a pair for gaming and most of the headsets out there for gaming sound pretty harsh. Just because I like to game doesn't mean my ears should be suffering. I...
I searched the forums and couldn't find anything about this headset. Sennheiser has some good higher end headphones, but their gaming headsets have historically been lacking in SQ and comfort. Has any out there tried these out, have opinions, links to decent reviews. I googled for reviews but...
Feel free to provide a link for the rest of us who have not been able to find this device. I have looked and have not had much success. Most the switches I find are for 2 channels only. So if you know of an existing one plz let me know.
