Take a Nostalgic Trip with Operating Systems from the Past

I think my neighbour had that for his C128, or at least something very similiar. My first OS was the AmigaOS 1.1 (maybe even 1.0 not sure), when my father bought an Amiga 1000 in late 1986.

The Best PC Games of 2013 That Fell Through the Cracks

Memoria and Shufflepuck Cantina Deluxe looks great, I will most likely buy the games at some point.

Call of Duty Players Aren't Hardcore Gamers

I guess someone who is genuinely interested in the game medium, closely follow the gaming news and buy all sorts of games, even those quirky unknown games that sold very poorly. Instead of having a tunnel vision and be locked into a single game, be it CoD, WoW, EA NHL or whatever it might be...

Drakengard 3 Heading West in 2014

I look forward to this game, but I'm surprised to read about it here on [H]. I mean, being a PS3 exclusive, it have absolutely nothing to do with computers, graphic cards or anything like that.

Xbox Live Summer of Arcade Begins August 7th

Looking forward to play the new version of Flashback, but I will ignore this timed 360 exclusive and wait for the PS3 release, and then probably the Steam release too.

Publishers Have Final Say On DRM and Used Games for PS4

The only publisher who used nasty DRM for the PS3, was Capcom who added online DRM for the PSN games Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 and Final Fight (so people wouldn't be able to share them with the 5 machine activations thingies which now Sony cut down to 2). In other words, it was extremely...

The 25 Most Anticipated Games of 2013

The games I look forward to on that list are BioShock Infinite, South Park: The Stick of Truth and Bayonetta 2. I also look forward to Ni no Kuni, but it wasn't on the list :P

Bill Gates Wanted to Put a Modem in the Xbox

Good call there, not giving it a modem after all, I've been on a fiber-optic broadband since late 1996. Nah, Xbox went with losses during all it's years and didn't earn enough money for Microsoft to cover it's losses and investments. Same with the 360 for the first few years, it was wasn't...

Offline Consoles Devour $1.24 Billion of Electricity Annually

That's not really the issue here, newer consoles have very low standbys (especially the slim PS3), the issue is that people leave their consoles on and letting it idle instead of turning it off.

The Best Game No One is Talking About

Will the PC version have support for a driving wheel? I belive the PS3 version do not, which is rather sucky.

Sony Intros New Lighter PS3 Slim in Japan

The PS3 got a new hardware revision every summer/fall since it was released. The 360 recived plenty of hardware revisions too, but not as many.

Game Developer "Fed Up With Space Marines!"

Eh, when I think politics in a game, I don't think of real life politics but political conflicts that evolve into a civil war or whatever. It's an excellent plot device and Suikoden V used this wonderfully. Politics open for much more indepth storylines than "those monsters are mean, kill them".
