    I know on my asus p4c800 that there is a performance mode setting in the bios, i have mine on but I havent tested to see how it makes a differance. I am guessing that you have yours on as well.

    ratios on a p4c800-e

    iIf I remember correctly, it is in the advanced chipset/Jumper Free/ and DRAM Config. it has 4 options I set mine to 400 to be 1:1. This is if I remember correctly I could be wrong without actually looking at it.
