I have a PC running Win 8.1. Out of the blue, it started hibernating, even with the power settings set to High Performance and all Sleep settings set to never. It also hibernated once while I was actively using it.
I've ran all the powercfg commands I can find about it. CPU temps are normal...
Here is a pic of the "smudge" on my screen. It's under the glass but I'm not sure if it's the screen or if it's a fingerprint smudge. I don't see it on white or very dark backgrounds. It's worse than the picture makes it seem.
I may try to remove the smudge that is on the back side of my glossy screen, but I'm wondering how easily the glass comes off. I've watched the videos that show how to remove the bezel, but does anyone know what extra steps I would need to take to remove the glass?

I have a really dumb question: My case fans are 3-pin fans. My mobo has only 4-pin headers. When I plug the 3-pin fans into the 4-pin headers, does it matter which pin is left open?
I ordered one from a seller on Amazon. It shipped from Korea and got to my house the very next day. It was very well packed and arrived fine. I can't use it until all the parts for my new PC arrive.
I will be purchasing one of the Korean 27" monitors that, as I understand it, can only do 2560x1440. How well would a 760 do at this resolution for gaming?
That is what annoys me about video card makers. Just because the model number is higher doesn't mean it's a better card.
In this case, why would a 670 be better than a 760?
The MSI 760 is $259. The cheapest 670 on Newegg is $305.
Asking this here instead of making a new thread. I have a 27" iMac that has the ATI 6970m 1gb card. I'm thinking of getting the 15" retina with the 650m. Which is the more powerful video card?
