This mod bios is for TA790GX type if HT stuck at 1600 when using Phenom II. this bios will not increase overclockability or any related performance.

yes, i had to turn off computer from windows, but already warn from its wbsite if im not mistaken :)
NB and HT are nothing to do with cpu speed/clock and just play with vcore if you want to add stability after you change cpu speed

Most of DDR2 800 will clock higher as long as it's not a value RAM
Crucial, OCZ, Geil, GSkill and even Adata and Team will do just fine running above their stock, currently i have my 4 stick corsair clocked at 1020Mhz and 4-4-4-12 timming for 24/7, needs 2.3v to be stable though.:)
