Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I personally think it's a waste of money. I think in general giving students, especially that much "power" that easily is begging for trouble. If the mindset is right, and the implementation is right, sure it works, and it gives students an opportunity. But I haven't seen that happen in most...
Um, I think a lot of people would notice their computers being less responsive and consuming more system resources. I agree with your point, I just think that's a little exaggerated.
I couldn't watch the whole movie.... I like the tech used, RFIDs and such, but why? If I'm sleeping at my desk, it was unplanned, so why am I going to prepare by carting this thing around?
Wow I actually watched the video, I feel 30% less intelligent. That was completely biased. Last time I checked Macs were running the same processors as PCs, same resolution, and I'm pretty sure the batteries are 6 cell lithium ions.... Just wow.
